Pay your rent online

Horizon Properties now offers the option to pay rent online through PayLease.com! Through this service, you may make payment via electronic check, credit card or debit card. You can choose a one-time payment or automatic monthly withdrawals.

Fees E-check from checking/savings $3.20 per transaction MasterCard/Discover 3% per transaction VISA $22.95 per transaction Fees are only charged for the months you choose to use the service, and you may choose to stop using the service whenever you like.

To make sure your payment is received on time, you should submit it BEFORE the last day of the month.

Signing up

To sign up, click on the PAY RENT ONLINE button above. If you are new to the service. you will be asked to create a userid and password, and provide the necessary information to get started. Once you are logged in, select 'Make Payment' to make a payment or 'Automatic Payments' to set up an automatic debit each month.
