Why you should have Renter’s Insurance

Emergency repair needed?

If your Horizon Property requires emergency maintenance, you may call our office and request emergency assistance at any hour. Rent payment policy

Rent is due on the first of every month. Tenants are given a three day grace period, so that all rents received through the fourth of the month are treated as if they had arrived on time. Rents received by Horizon Properties after the fourth of the month are subject to late charges and service of notice. The tenant is responsible for seeing to it that their payment arrives at our office in time for monthly processing. Rent payments may be mailed, sent electronically, submitted during working hours at our office, or dropped into our dropslot outside our office anytime day or night.
